Proof, when we have it
Category sites put a wall of customer marks under the hero. We will not invent them. Demo jobs in the product are fictional so office and site paths can be tested. Those are not testimonials.
The loop
01
Planning, tenders, B2B targets and data signals land on the lead feed, scored for your patch.
02
The AI writes in your name and voice. Paid plans enrol the sequence. Radar keeps drafts as a taster.
03
Nothing goes out without your say-so. You review, amend and approve. Sending stays simulated until you unlock it.
04
The reply is classed, the sequence stops or waits, and a draft answer sits for you.
05
Open an enquiry, price it, and keep one number in view: quoted pipeline value.
Where the work comes from
01
The earliest public signal that someone is about to spend money on building work. On Radar and every paid plan, for one patch.
02
Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and eTendersNI, filtered to your trades and size.
03
B2B sequences to facilities managers, landlords, developers, architects and main contractors, in your name. On Engine, Group and Managed.
04
HM Land Registry sales, EPC/MEES ratings, Companies House, the Condition Improvement Fund and the Social Housing Fund. On Engine and above.
In the product
Planning applications, tenders, contract awards, new Companies House companies, office moves and EPC certificates, each with a source badge.
Every card shows a fit score and a sentence explaining the source, so a surveyor can see why it landed.
Postcode territories route public records to the right company. The feed can start on London and the Home Counties.
Latest non-domestic EPC rows are not treated as a direct-marketing lead. Start outreach stays off for those cards.
Creates or links a contact, writes a UK GDPR legitimate-interest note, and enrols a three-step sequence in your name. You still approve the send.
Shows today, next and held steps, the weekday sending window, the sender domain, and the cap. A reply, an unsubscribe or a missing domain holds the row.

The trap
The work was always there. By then someone else is building it. Planning, tenders and owner signals are public months earlier.
After a full day on site, by the person running the job. Two weeks later the client has three other contractors to talk to.
Most tools solve the first problem and make the second one worse. The CRM stays free so the quote stage is already there when the reply comes in.
The offer
No. The send kill switch is off. Outreach, campaigns and social posts are saved as simulated. A test send, if it is ever allowed, can only go to the platform owner. You still approve every draft.
Yes. Radar is free: the CRM, the quote stage, the client portal, a welcome tour and a planning and tender feed for one patch. You pay when you want the AI to do the outreach in your name.
The AI writing outreach in your name. Reach is email to planning and tender contacts. Engine adds B2B targets, data signals, batch approval and sequences. Group spreads that across several companies. You approve every send.
The signals feed inside Cold to Quoted. It is planning, tenders, awards, Companies House and EPC, scored and filtered to a company's territories. Cold to Quoted is the product around that feed.
We run Engine for you: campaigns, replies, four Savvy Build estimates a month and the TWDA brand layer. It is £995 setup, then £895 a month plus 2% of confirmed won value, capped at £3,000 per job, with a 3-month minimum. Founding is £695 a month for the first 10 clients. Book a call. It is not Stripe Checkout.
Yes, as a done-with-you migration on Group. The importer reads an export and does not write back. Workflows come across as drafts and stay off. A list that does not fit the database is not loaded. There is no self-serve button for a huge dump.
Yes. List and founding prices are the approved figures, exclusive of VAT. The first 100 paid accounts keep the founding price while that subscription stays active. Annual billing on Reach, Engine and Group is 10 months for 12.
Not from this build unless Stripe test keys and test price ids are set, and even then Stripe test mode does not take a real card. If the keys are missing the Reach, Engine and Group buttons say Not configured. Radar is a free sign-up. Managed is a call.
On Reach, Engine and Group the Stripe customer portal can cancel at the end of the period you have paid. A 30-day money-back on the first self-serve payment is refunded manually in Stripe. Managed has a 3-month minimum. The terms page is a draft for legal review.
No. We will not invent them. The product is in use on fictional demo jobs so the office and site paths can be tested. Those are not testimonials.
Google sign-in is built and appears when credentials are connected. Gmail and Outlook sync, live WhatsApp and SMS, and call tasks are coming soon. You can still draft a WhatsApp or SMS and it will not be delivered.
Tell us the patch. We will show you the planning applications, tenders and signals you never heard about. The form files a lead. Nothing is emailed.
